    This is superhelpful. I just have to decide if I want to buy the print + pdf version or just buy the PDF version. 

    I will admit that the organization is a bit odd, but the ToC and links make it pretty easy to find what you really need. But mostly it is a very entertaining book.

    Now, to go find our city sheets on San Francisco.
